‘THE BEAVER’

18 full colour pages of illustrations and narrative describing about the Beaver: where they live, their family and home, the beaver’s dam, felling trees and moving the wood, what they eat, their lifestyles in winter and spring and some further interesting facts. Simply written so that Beaver Scouts can read it themselves.

The book was originally produced by Macdonald Education but when we discovered that it was discontinued, and having sons of Beaver Scout age, we then had the book republished especially for the use of Beaver Scout Leaders and for Beaver Scouts themselves to see and understand about the beaver animal.

At the start of the book there is also a welcome message to Beaver Scouts from the Headquarters Commissioner for Beaver Scouts.

The book is only available from us and has sold steadily over the past few years.
